Thank you for shopping at TAG TOYS AND BABY NEEDS ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for products purchased from our website (https://tagtoys.in).

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, and with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.

  • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required for all returns and refunds.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., teethers, certain feeding products) once the hygiene seal or packaging has been opened.

  • Opened or used toys that are not in resalable condition.

  • Clearance, final-sale, or heavily discounted items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products (if any).

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at tagbabystore@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the defect or damage

  • Photographs showing the damage/defect and packaging (if available)

We will evaluate your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at our discretion.
Please retain the product and packaging until the claim is resolved, as the carrier may require them for inspection.

4. Return Process

  1. Email us at tagbabystore@gmail.com within the return period with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will respond with return authorization and further instructions. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and tags).

  4. Ship the item back to the address provided in the return instructions.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

5. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7–14 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • The timing for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or bank.

  • If you paid by gift card or store credit, refunds will be issued as store credit or a new gift card unless otherwise specified.

6. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product or a different size/model (subject to availability), please contact us at tagbabystore@gmail.com.
Exchanges are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Any price difference (higher or lower) will be charged or refunded accordingly.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

8. Lost or Stolen Returns

We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
To cancel an order before it ships, please contact us immediately at tagbabystore@gmail.com with your order number.
If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the standard return procedure once you receive it.

10. International Orders

We currently ship only within India.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
