Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking numbers usually become active within 24 hours of dispatch.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship to all major locations across India.
At this time, international shipping is not available.
Damages
TAG TOYS AND BABY NEEDS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Order Cancellations & Address Errors

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once shipped, they cannot be cancelled.
